We handle all the rest, from placing the advertising, handling all applications, booking a venue and even notifying unsuccessful candidates. We ensure all candidates are contacted throughout the entire process.

Cost advantages

Steer Solutions simply charge the cost of the venue and advertising to run the day.  Our earnings come after you have found candidates to employ.  On average, 3.2 candidates start a job following one of our events.  Cost per candidate employed is currently around half the cost of a traditional recruitment agency.

Lead Time

Generally we would like three weeks for the advertising to work properly but can be achieved in two under the right circumstances.
